Silo Art Project Complete at Bravo Zulu House

Martin County, MN — September 16, 2024 —A vibrant new mural has been unveiled at the Bravo Zulu House off of 230th Street, transforming the once-plain silo into a captivating piece of art. The mural, created by artist Tony Stafki of Walls of Art LLC, took only five days to complete and has already garnered community attention.

The mural features “God Bless America” and the American flag flying in the breeze. The bold colors and intricate details showcase Stafki's exceptional talent.

Stafki expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to create such a significant piece. “Was so honored this past week to paint this US Flag Silo mural at Bravo Zulu House,” he said. Stafki is thankful for the sacrifices our Veterans have made and says of future residents at Bravo Zulu House, “I hope seeing this mural makes their day a little better.”

“We are thrilled with the outcome of this mural,” said Executive Director Tim Murray. “It has added a unique and beautiful element to our community, and we are grateful to Tony Stafki for his incredible work.” Murray also commented that Nashville Township Board Chairman and Bravo Zulu House neighbor Duane Meyer has relayed positive community reaction and support for the project.

Veteran sobriety is the #1 barrier to successfully treating PTSD. The VA confirms that most PTSD sufferers abuse drugs and alcohol, so we created Bravo Zulu House in Southern Minnesota. Bravo Zulu House will be THE FIRST, all-military sober home exclusively focused on the unique sober housing needs of our veterans suffering from PTSD.
