Grand Opening Volunteer Opportunities

Help with this Historic Event

This special day will be filled with joy, gratitude, and community spirit. To ensure a smooth and successful event, we need the help of dedicated volunteers like you. Your time and energy are invaluable in making this celebration a memorable experience for everyone.


We have several volunteer opportunities available, and we invite you to join us in one of the following roles:


  • Lead (1): Oversee and coordinate volunteer activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Setup - Chairs, Signs (4): Assist with setting up chairs, tables, and signage before the event.
  • Breakdown (4): Help with dismantling and packing up after the event.
  • Parking/Greeting (5): Welcome guests, direct parking, and provide information.
  • Programs (4): Distribute programs and assist with event logistics.
  • Photography (2): Capture memorable moments throughout the event.
  • Photo List Lead (1): Organize and manage the list of necessary photos and coordinate people to be in the photos.
  • Live Broadcast Interview Lineup: Help coordinate interviews for the live broadcast.
  • Food/Beverage (4): Assist with serving food and beverages.
